‘The present moment is filled with joy and happiness. If you are attentive, you will see it’.
Thich Nhat Hanh, ‘Peace Is Every Step: The Path of Mindfulness in Everyday Life’
These flowers are my ‘bus stop flowers’. Because they are planted near where I wait to catch the bus to town.
It’s not a very pretty neighbourhood. The bus stop itself is drab. It is functional rather than attractive. But these flowers always catch my eye as I pass, as a beautiful distraction from the nearby surroundings. The seeds have been scattered widely so that the blooms are randomly arranged. Bright and colourful, they are Nature’s gift.
It is these flowers that draw my attention in an otherwise nondescript landscape. My intention is to choose what I see and what I focus on. And this is intentionally selective. Filtered. I choose what I see. π€

I love the flowers and can appreciate your focusing in on them. Its good to see the positives in even the smallest of things β taking time to appreciate your surroundings rather than just thinking this is my bus stop. Thank you for sharing.

When I put my palms near flowers, I can feel pulsations. Everything emits vibration, I suppose. πΌππΌ. Have a great day!

Thank you ππ I see you are sensitive to energy. How wonderful that is. Have you tried standing next to a tree? πππ³
